This vast, light-filled tranquil retreat — which sleeps up to 11 guests — is complete with multiple living areas, a sun-drenched wrap-around deck, water views, a leafy backyard, garage, BBQ, table tennis table, a kayak and more — everything you need for a memorable beachside holiday, photo shoot or perfect wedding accomodation.

FLOOR PLAN & ESSENTIALS
ESSENTIALS
To ensure your stay is as comfortable and relaxing as possible, we have carefully curated and provided you with all you’ll need to enhance your experience - and simplify your packing!
We have the cooking and cleaning basics covered and all linen is provided - including extra pillows and blankets. Aside from the general oven, fridge / freezer, toaster and kettle, there is also a dishwasher, blender, microwave, mini fridge, coffee makerBreville duo boiler coffee machine, coffee, BBQ utensils and rice cooker.
Bathrooms too are fully stocked with premium body wash, shampoo and conditioner and includes a hair dryer. In the laundry there is a washing machine and drying rack & clothes dryer.
CHILDRENS’ ESSENTIALS
We welcome children of all ages at The Pines, and have catered for your needs. The home includes - portacot, high chair, childrens’ tableware, games, books and puzzles.
UPSTAIRS
Situated upstairs are the kitchen and dining areas, and the peaceful main bedroom and ensuite. Upstairs again, is the perfect zone to work, relax or play. Created for children big and small with beanbags, games, puzzles and computer with chromecast reading books. We also secretly think it’s the perfect place for grown ups to retreat to for a lazy afternoon of reading - or simply relax and enjoy the view of the beach.
DOWNSTAIRS
Downstairs features the second bedroom with a queen bunk bed (single on top) and another set of single bunk beds. Following on is another bedroom with a queen bed, opening on the back deck. The final room features hidden laundry facilities behind a cupboard and a pull down double bed and opens to the back deck and garage. Large bathroom is also on this level.
OUTSIDE
Fingal Bay calls for the outdoors and we have so much to offer at The Pines. Whether relaxing on the deck or those early afternoon BBQ’s we have you covered. Enjoy our BBQ, reading in the hammock whilst the kids jump on the trampoline, have a family game of ping ping or even take the kayak down for a paddle - and after a trip to the beach you can cool off (or warm up) in our hot outdoor shower.
Parking is plentiful on the property however there is also street parking should you require it.
Guest access
Guests can enjoy all areas of the space - there is no part of the property that is off limits.
